On Thursday morning, 9/17 the corporate landlords, the very groups that PRO is protecting us from, will be at City Hall fighting  for the (un)FAIR Ordinance, which will undo many of the tenant protections we won under Mayor Harold Washington, 40 years ago. The committee on Zoning, Landmarks and Building Standards will be holding a vote to try and pass FAIR. 

As a veep of this committee, our Alderman will be present.

Join us to say NO to the (un)FAIR ordinance! We are seeking people to share public comment at the beginning of the meeting to say: We will not go backwards when it comes to renter protections! 

The sign up for public comment will be at 9:00am and the hearing will start at 10:00am.
