Labor Day Parade

Chicago Labor Day Parade 

Date: Saturday, September 5th

Parade Start Time: 10:45-11 am 

E 112th Street and S Ave F on Chicago’s Southeast Side.

The parade route will then head north up S Ewing Avenue to E 106th Street, where parade entries will disband near 3940 E 106th St.

The Community Commission for Public Safety and Accountability (CCPSA) is continuing its citywide community listening sessions for the 2026 Chicago Police Superintendent Search.

Chicagoans have already joined the Commission on the West and Southwest Sides to share their experiences with public safety and policing and, most importantly, what they want to see in the next leader of the Chicago Police Department.
